Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Frostella. We take pride in preparing our buttercream with care and delivering it fresh to you.

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or any opened/used items. Please do not send food products back to us.

If there is an issue with your order (for example, damage during delivery, wrong item received, or product arriving in poor condition), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@frostella.co.

To help us resolve the matter quickly, include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. We will always work with you to make things right if your order arrives damaged or faulty.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched, as our buttercream is a perishable product. If you wish to cancel, please do so before you receive your shipping confirmation.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed promptly to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a few working days to show the refund.
